The first person you'll speak with when calling Universal Funding, Melissa always answers with a smile. She has a variety of responsibilities that ensure daily organization and keep our staff informed. Not only does she sustain our own personnel, but she manages client and debtor files, payments, and monthly statements, just to name a few of her duties.

Outside of her Universal family, Melissa is the mother of three daughters that keep her busy, particularly during the summer. They have fun riding bikes together, swimming, and enjoying the sun. Born in New York City, Melissa loves to travel and has great memories of her favorite trip to Las Vegas. She gets a kick out of challenging her fiance' to a game of Guitar Hero, especially since she usually wins.
