Sharon has a knack for creating relationships with our clients and their customers and strives to make everyone feel like part of the family. Encouraging timely payments so that all parties benefit from our services, she has a special way of relating personally with each individual she speaks with. Her warm and friendly demeanor is the basis for her collection approach and so far has never failed.

Working for Universal Funding since 2003, Sharon's background is in catering and the baking industry, in which she worked 14 years for Franz Bakery. She is the mother of a son and a daughter, has two grandchildren, and two peculiar cats. One of these cats can open doors and will wash her toys in the sink. Each year, Sharon takes a girls-only vacation with her three sisters to someplace special.
