Customer service is at the top of Tara's priority list, along with ensuring that client records are accurate and secure. Working closely with our CFO, she balances our client accounts daily and at month end. She takes pride in showing her clients they are important by treating each one as if they were her only. Open and consistent communication is how Tara keeps them informed on every level.

A background in banking and small business management, in addition to her degree in Human Resource Management, has helped Tara personally identify with many of her clients. She started at Universal Funding eight years ago as a receptionist and has steadily worked her way up through the ranks.

She has been married for eleven years and is the mother of twin boys and a daughter, who guarantee that she will attend at least one sporting event each and every day of the week. Tara really enjoys family activities and the yearly vacations they plan together.
